Osiel Alvarez is a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of hands-on experience, including 10+ years working with Baylor University athletes. Since 2014, he has specialized in sports massage, injury recovery, and chronic pain relief, helping active clients from everyday lifters to elite competitors stay strong, mobile, and game-ready.
With a deep understanding of athletic performance and muscle function, Osiel customizes every session to target the specific needs of athletes and fitness-driven individuals. The massage studio is located at The Lab Fitness & Wellness Services in Waco. Massage therapy services have their own private section of the facility.
