Policies

At Elite Athletic Bodywork, professionalism, safety, and respect are the foundation of every session. These policies ensure that each client receives the highest level of service while protecting both client and therapist.

• Payment is due immediately after each session.
• Accepted methods: cash, debit/credit card, Zelle, or Venmo.

• 12-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.
• Failure to show up without notice will be charged the full session rate.

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
• Arriving late will shorten your hands-on time out of respect for the next client.

• A completed intake form is required before your first session.
• A valid photo ID must be provided. (For mobile therapy, ID must be submitted with the intake form prior to the appointment date.)
• Clients must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or medications to ensure safe and effective bodywork.
• No minors accepted. All clients must be 18 or older.

• Sessions are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be required.
• Elite Athletic Bodywork is not a substitute for medical care. Clients should consult their physician for medical concerns.

• Available within Waco and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply outside of a set radius.
• Clients must provide a safe, clean environment with enough space for a massage table.
• Pets should be secured during the session.

• Every session is tailored to support recovery, performance, and athletic goals.
• Complimentary consultations are available to determine the best approach for your needs.
   

• All client records and information are kept strictly confidential.
• By booking, clients acknowledge that bodywork involves physical touch and release Elite Athletic Bodywork from liability in the event of injury unless caused by gross negligence.
